Hire Bus Barcelona is a small service for groups. I am the owner-operator, and I handle each request myself, from the first message to the plan for the day. About Hire Bus Barcelona: who I am
I run the service as an owner-operator and I am part of the editorial team that writes this site. I do not publish a name or a photo here. What matters for a booking is that you deal with the same person from the quote to the trip: I read your request, I suggest the vehicle that fits the group, and I confirm the plan in writing.
What I run
The vehicles are chosen by group size, which is how most people look for them:
- Mercedes V-Class, up to 7 passengers, for small groups and executives. See V-Class hire with driver.

I do not claim more than that. If your group fits between two sizes, I say which one I would book and why.
Where I am
The address is Carrer del Rosselló, 265, 08008 Barcelona. Trips do not start at the office: I pick the group up where you need it, such as a hotel, the airport, the cruise port or a school. How a booking works
- Send the quote form on the contact page with the date, the pick-up point, the destination and the number of passengers.
- I reply by e-mail or WhatsApp with a quote and the vehicle I suggest.
- When you accept, I send a written confirmation of the booking, which also states the payment and cancellation conditions for that booking.
- On the day, the driver collects the group at the agreed place and time.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Hire by the hour has a 6-hour minimum per day and no maximum, with extra hours at the hourly rate shown. Destinations, dates or multi-day trips that are not in the price table are quoted on request. The price page shows the fixed amounts.
Who the service is for
Most requests come from schools and sports clubs, companies, tour groups, wedding guests and people arriving for a cruise or a congress. If your case is different, describe it in the form and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
